there’s a lot of bicycle jewelry out there, but this stuff from ku, is definitely my favorite i’ve found thus far.
acorn bags have the loveliest saddle and handlebar bags around.
handmade in southern california.
bike bells.
i really adore the brass bell, but unfortunately it won’t fit my handlebars, which are pretty thick. same goes for the i heart my bike bell. what i’ve got right now is the incredibell omnibell, which actually fits my huge handlebars!
this might be the perfect bike basket. handmade from maple wood and it has cup holders…cup holders! it’s also super stylish. perfect for sunday bike rides to grab some coffee, muffins, and the paper.
fast boy cycles not only makes beautiful bikes, they make incredibly fenders as well.
pedaler clothing uses sustainable fabrics and donates part of their profits to cycling organizations.
swrve is a great company for those who “are passionate about bikes but…don’t look so good in spandex”. Or even if you do look good in spandex - sometimes you want to wear clothing that is comfortable for cycling, but will also look good when you get where you’re going.
unfortunately, like many companies, there are far fewer options for women than there are for men.
i have always said, ‘we can put a man on the moon, so why can’t we make an attractive bicycle helmet?’ well, here’s one pretty good looking helmet, from bern, and they have a lot of other, non-dorky helmet options. check them out.
personally, i really like road/tri helmets. i have this one in matte black.
